Our historical home and farm were established in 1875 by the Weddle family. River Bell Farm has a territorial view of neighboring farmland and the Cascade Foothills, with the tip of Mount Jefferson and Mount Hood peeking out over the foothills.

Parking
River Bell Farm parking attendant to help your guests get started with parking for ease of flow. Please let us know in advance if guests are bringing any oversized vehicles.

Capacity
River Bell Farm can accommodate up to 300 people for outdoor events and up to 200 people for indoor events. Upstairs of the barn makes a wonderful ceremony space with high ceilings filled with cafe lights and dramatic drape from the rafters.
Hours
On the day prior to your event; you are welcome to load in your items and decorate from 12 pm – 6 pm and as well as have your rehearsal!
On event day, arrive as early as 8:30 am. Music turns off at 10:00 pm with the bar closing at 9:30 pm. May through September. Winter months music turns off at 9:00 pm.
For cleanup day (day after the event); we will decide together on the time block for cleanup.
Conclusion of Event:
April – September 10:00 pm
October – March 9:00 pm
Booking Policy
A $2000.00 non-refundable down payment books your date. The remaining rental fee, certificate of insurance, and $500 security deposit are due 60 days prior to your event.
Event price is $5600.00 for May through September 2024, this includes three day access to the venue.
Smaller events such as wedding showers and baby showers, bridesmaid parties, and birthday parties are available on a limited basis. We love all parties, large and small!
